Research has shown that journaling can improve physical and psychological health by calming the brain's fear center, reducing chronic stress, and enhancing coping skills. Regularly writing about crash-related loss and injury can provide a structured, routine way to navigate life-altering events. Together, we will write from prompts, or you are free to work on your own journal or writing project during this time.
