Support
No one should endure the physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma of traffic violence alone. Support is the backbone of our work together, and our services are free of charge.
-

Support Gatherings
Families for Safe Streets provides multiple support gatherings each month, enabling those who have been impacted by traffic violence to connect with peers in a supportive environment.
-

Peer Mentor Program
The FSS Peer Mentor program matches bereaved family members, those seriously injured, and caregivers with trained volunteer support mentors who have been through similar experiences and are dedicated to helping others survive these life-altering tragedies.
-

Resources
Our materials include an extensive Resource Guide covering victim’s rights, legal, and insurance systems, and more.

This is a record of anniversaries, past and present, that mark the lives forever changed by traffic violence. These month-based anniversaries are meant to honor those we have lost, acknowledge the ongoing journeys of survivors, and create space for remembrance, reflection, and collective action to prevent future harm.
