FSS Chapter Merchandise Form

FSS branded material is available to FSS chapters and memorial pins are available for all members.
If you place an order, please also send an email to info@familiesforsafestreets.org, indicate what you ordered, how you paid, and where you want to have the materials sent.

AMBASSADOR MERCHANDISE: All trained Ambassadors will receive a t-shirt and pin along with their Ambassador certificate after the training. Donations of $30 are requested to help offset the cost for those unable to contribute.

MEMBER MERCHANDISE: All members can order a memorial pin by sending your loved ones’ name and photo to info@familiesforsafestreets.org. Donations of $5 are requested.
