Proposed California bill would require speed monitors for drivers convicted of speeding
CALIFORNIA - California is moving forward with a statewide pilot program (AB2276) targeting the most dangerous drivers — those convicted of extreme speeding or reckless driving — who must install ISA technology before they return to the road. Today, the bill was heard at Public Safety committee and passed unanimously!
